Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program may include general customer care messages that answer questions and provide support, and/or marketing messages such as special offers or messages promoting our products or services, depending on the program or programs you choose. We will send only the content you explicitly signed up to receive through our opt-in process. Messages will be sent from (844) 962-2600. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
2. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received a message. We will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to join again, complete the applicable opt-in process again.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or email it@clearbaseservices.com.
4. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs and the program you selected. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
